Sacrament of Confession

Dear parishioners and fellow friends who follow this blog: The Archdiocese of San Antonio has never prohibited the celebration of the Sacrament of Confession, which, as the Magisterium of the Church teaches, is PERSONAL AND SECRET. The Holy See and the Archdiocese of San Antonio have not allowed the celebration of the Sacrament through the electronic devices at any time. Archbishop Gustavo and the office for clergy has asked its priests to be extremely careful to keep social distance, and to carefully observe the hygiene and prudence measures that the state of Texas and the city of San Antonio have indicated to us.

I am available to hear confessions from all those in need in any of the three parish communities where I am a parochial vicar: Our Lady of Grace, St. Peter Prince of the Apostles and Our Lady of Sorrows. The best way to organize the day and time that is most convenient for both parties is through e-mail. Queridos feligreses y amigos que siguen este blog: La Arquidiócesis de San Antonio en ningún momento ha prohibido la celebración del Sacramento de la Confesión que, como el  magisterio de la Iglesia enseña, debe ser PERSONAL, AURICULAR Y SECRETA. La Santa Sede y la Arquidiócesis de San Antonio no han permitido en ningún momento la celebración del Sacramento a través de medios electrónicos de comunicación. Mons.Gustavo García-Siller y la Oficina parda el clero nos han pedido a sus sacerdotes que seamos extremadamente cuidadosos en guardar la distancia social, y en observar cuidadosamente las medidas de higiene y prudencia que el Estado de Texas y la ciudad de San Antonio nos han indicado.

Yo estoy disponible para oír la confesiones de quien lo necesite, en cualquiera de las tres comunidades parroquiales de las que soy vicario: Our Lady of Grace, St. Peter Prince of the Apostles y Our Lady of Sorrows. La mejor manera para encontrar un día y una hora que resulte más conveniente para ambas partes, es a través del correo electrónico.
